AOK Health has been manufacturing medicine balls for over 5 years, using the same innovative technology used in the manufacture of the mediBall Pro and maxBall. Rather than filling a bladder, AOK has thickened the skin and weighted the plastic to achieve the desired ball weight. Their rotary moulding method allows inclusion of an inflation valve with which to change the skin tension by adjusting the amount of air inside. This allows the balls to rebound providing a very versatile and dynamic environment for functional power and agility training.
